Important Payment & Verification Guidelines

(A) Payment Method
Please visit your nearest PNB (Punjab National Bank) branch and deposit the required amount through the Cash Counter or CDM (Cash Deposit Machine).

(B) No Online Payment
Please do not use Internet Banking, Mobile Banking Apps, UPI, or any other online transfer method to make the payment. Payment must be made only through Cash Deposit.

(C) No Third-Party Payments
Payments made through any third party are strictly not allowed. The payment must be made by you directly and in accordance with your verification details.

(D) Submit the Deposit Slip
After completing the Cash Deposit, please take a clear photo of the Deposit Slip and send it to our WhatsApp Support Team or email it from your registered email address to [email protected].

(E) Branch Verification
Your nearest PNB branch may be verified according to your registered/verification address. If any discrepancy, mismatch, or third-party involvement is identified during the verification process, appropriate action may be taken in accordance with the applicable policy.
